He has extensive knowledge of software applications, their construction and implementation which he combines with his detailed understanding of the Timeshare sales process. STEVE PENTLANDFounding PartnerAfter six initial years learning the art of accountancy, Steve made a switch into the IT industry and spent ten years in various senior roles in this business in the 1980's. By the end of that period he had amassed significant experience in systems, sales, marketing, finance and building companies for others. In 1990 he formed and led the company that would eventually lead to the creation of Generator Systems. In the last 15 years Steve has gained a broad and detailed knowledge of the global timeshare industry and has been associated with numerous succesful creative solutions to classic industry business issues. Strategic vision, creative business thinking, process analysis, and an entrepreneurial attitude form his skill base. CHRIS MARTINChief Operating OfficerChris's experience in the management, development and implementation of some of the largest software developments in Europe is invaluable. His last 8 years with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, have seen him manage international development and roll-out projects with over 100 development staff on a worldwide basis. Over the past 20 years he has managed projects for major corporates in a number of sectors from financial services to manufacturing, travel & tourism, utilities, and retail. Previous clients including Marks & Spencer, Kingfisher Group, PowerGen, British Steel & many high-street financial institutions. Chris is responsible for the day to day running of Generator Systems. |
